Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if we’ll be a good match?

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I want to make this process as smooth as possible for you. That’s why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation! This is a great chance for us to chat, allowing you to see if my approach feels like the right fit for your needs. During our time together, we can talk about any concerns or expectations you have, and explore the possibility of working together. Your comfort and connection matter deeply to me, and I'm here to support you in making the best choice for your well-being.

Will sessions be in-person or virtual?

I see clients in-person and virtually, allowing you to choose the most comfortable setting. Whether at my office or via Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant platform, I aim to create a supportive environment for your sessions.
