Thoughtful Support for Real Life
How We’ll Work Together
Therapy is less about fixing yourself and more about making sense of what’s actually happening. We’ll slow things down, talk honestly, and focus on patterns, practical tools, and next steps that fit real life. There’s no script and no pressure to do this perfectly. The work is collaborative, grounded, and occasionally involves saying the thing everyone’s been thinking.
Life doesn’t wait for things to feel easier. When relationships feel strained, stress piles up, or you’re carrying more than you expected, it helps to have a place to talk honestly and sort things through. Therapy offers steady, thoughtful support for individuals and couples navigating real life — with an approach that’s clear, collaborative, and grounded in what actually helps.
About Me
Kellie Jackson, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider
Finding the right therapist can feel a lot like dating — a mix of hope, curiosity, and a little uncertainty. Since you’re here, it probably helps to know a bit about me. I began my therapy career in 2020 after spending a decade focused on raising my son. This work is very much my second act, and it’s one I care deeply about.
I work with couples and individuals, and I also have specialized training in maternal mental health. I’m trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, which brings structure, research, and practical tools into the work we do together. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and shaped by real life. I draw from well-established methods and adapt the work to the person or couple in front of me — not the other way around. Alongside my professional training, I bring my lived experience as a wife, mother, daughter, and friend into the room in a way that feels human, not performative.
I aim to offer a space that’s thoughtful, honest, and compassionately straightforward — where we can talk about what’s actually happening and focus on what helps.
How and Where Therapy Happens
Therapy sessions are meant to feel safe and comfortable. Whether we’re meeting in person or online, I take care to protect your information and create a space where you can speak openly and honestly. Virtual sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and in-person sessions take place in a private, welcoming office—so you can focus on the work, not the logistics.
Whether you prefer to meet on the couch or on the screen, I offer therapy both in-person at my centrally located King of Prussia office and virtually for clients across Pennsylvania—so support can fit comfortably into your life.
