Highly Capable, Completely Overwhelmed
You've mastered the art of looking like you have it together. Inside is a different story.
There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from being the person everyone relies on. You're managing the logistics, anticipating everyone's needs, keeping track of approximately a thousand things at once — and somehow still wondering if you're doing enough. For some women this starts with a specific moment. For others it's just always kind of been this way.
It might have started with a baby, or a return to work, or kids leaving home, or a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar. Or maybe there wasn't one clear moment — just a gradual sense that somewhere along the way, you got lost in the shuffle of your own life.
This is the work I love most. Helping women slow down long enough to figure out what they actually need — not what they're supposed to need, not what looks good from the outside, but what would genuinely make their life feel more like theirs again.
You Might Relate If…
You feel like you're constantly behind, no matter how much you do
Your needs are always the last ones on the list
You're going through a transition that's bigger than you expected
You've lost touch with who you are outside of your roles
You're tired of being the one who holds everything together
This isn't new — you've felt this way for a while and you're finally ready to do something about it
If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to talk. You don't have to have it figured out before you reach out — that's kind of the whole point.
I see clients in person in King of Prussia and virtually throughout Pennsylvania.
